Euro '24 Qualifying

 With the draw for Euro 2024 (Hosted by Germany) Qualifying in the books as of this morning, the model falls a little more into place!  Not a lot to say on it now (since we'll have a World Cup between now and the start of qualifying that will clarify top teams' ratings) so here is the update!

Nothing particularly surprising yet, other than the massive bad luck for Ireland, the lowest of the 1600+ elo teams in chances to qualify (as they drew the Pot 2 juggernaut of France).
