Final World Cup Model update - Pre-tournament

 2 days left until games start in Qatar!!! And everyone has to watch them sober! (Except the folks in the VIP and luxury boxes, of course).  This is the final model update after conclusion of pre-tournament friendlies making small adjustments to team's elo ratings.
