CONCACAF Nations League October Preview

Sup y'all-

We're gettin' CONCACAFey again this month, as we get ready to kick off matchdays 3&4 in '23-'24 Nations League.  For League A these are the final 2 games (ugh) of group stage, meaning that after the October window we'll know the 4 quarterfinal matchups in Nations League Playoffs (and more importantly, Copa America '24 qualifying).  In League B and League C it's the middle of 3 windows, with matchdays 5&6 to follow in November to sort out those tables.
